The Modern tropical designed house sleeps up to 6 persons with 500m2 Property, 200m2 built up area – main house and the Joglo styled recycled-teak guesthouse, all surrounded by lush tropical gardens, 8×3 m pool, Sun-deck with sun loungers, shaded modern Gazebo 220×220 cm2, 2 persons of daily staff that can do running errands, grocery shopping, cooking and taking care of the villa, doing laundry, baby-sitting service (additional charge at night).

The villa has 3 double-bedded rooms, each with en-suite semi-outdoor bathroom (adjacent garden space), complimented with special shower and spa products. Each bedroom has 200×200 King-Size Natural Latex orthopedic mattresses, Micro fiber Duvet blankets for extra comfort, Air-conditioning system with 8 filters and air cleaning, Satellite TV 32″ and DVD player, Safety boxes.

The living area has a fully equipped kitchen, Espresso machine, Open dining area – seats 12,  Breakfast area – seats 6,  Lounge area, iPod ready, Hi-Fi unit,  Entire house free wi-fi zone (approximately 500MB download speed).
